BASIC INSTRUCTIONS **If these instructions don't make sense to you,
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~    read the section below entitled "Help for Novices".**
1. Download the ZIP package. (duh - you obviously already did! hee hee)
   Unzip the main Zip archive.
   This will reveal three sub-archives (Documentation, Campaign, Adler 2.25b)
     and a ReadMe text file (this document).
2. Unzip the "Documentation" ZIP package to a separate folder.
   Take note of the items included, and read them as necessary.
   I strongly recommend you read the general ReadMe file in the
     Documentation ZIP package
       (called "READ_ME -- A Wehrmacht General's War v.1.0 RTF"),
     especially if you encounter difficulties or have questions.
   Even though I used Microsoft Word97 to create the RTF documents,
     they should be compatible with any word processing program.
   I have also included a text version of each RTF document just in case.
3. If you don't already have Adlerkorps 2.25b equipment file installed,
     unzip the "Adler 2.25b" ZIP, extracting it to your main panzer2 folder.
   This campaign is also compatible with the Adlerkorps 2000-unit e-file,
     but you must use the 1.02G patch to use an e-file with 2000 units.
   Adlerkorps 2000 is not included with this download, but it can be
     downloaded at the Adlerkorps web site --
               http://www.medio.mh.se/~vonadler/pg2/
4. Make sure you are using the latest version of the DATUP and SOUNDUP.
   If not, place a clean copy of the version 1.02 PANZER2.DAT file to a separate
     folder and run both parts of the DATUP on it, and also the SOUNDUP.
   Move the DAT file back to your panzer2 folder, overwriting the old one.
5. Unzip the campaign ZIP to a separate folder.
   Choose the appropriate version according to the language version of
     PG2 you are using, and unzip that version, extracting the files to
      the SCENARIO sub-folder of your panzer2 directory.
6. If you are not using the (user-made) 1.02G patch from Builders Paradise
      (http://www.strategyplanet.com/panzergeneral/PG2Main_news.html)
     you can only have a maximum of eight campaigns installed at any one time.
   This means that if you have all five SSI campaigns installed you can only
     have three user-made campaigns installed at one time.
   If you already have three user-made campaigns installed, you will have to
     remove one of them before you can play this campaign.
   To do so, go to the SCENARIO sub-folder in your panzer2 directory and remove
     one of the files with a *.CAM file extension.
UNINSTALLING "A Wehrmacht General's War" CAMPAIGN
To uninstall the campaign, remove the file named "wccam1.cam"
from the Scenario sub-folder in your panzer2 directory.
To remove all the campaign files, delete all files in the Scenario
folder that begin "wc1..."
**HELP FOR NOVICES**
If the above instructions made absolutely no sense to you, then
you probably have little or no experience with using custom
modifications for Panzer General II.
That's okay!  Although it seems daunting at first, YOU CAN DO IT!
The GOOD NEWS:
  I have included an extremely detailed set of instructions to
  help you get up and running.
You can find these instructions in the zipped package called
"Documentation".
Unzip the "Documentation" package in a place where you can find it.
The file you want is called "Detailed Instructions for Using PG2 Mods".
This document is designed for Microsoft Word, but since it is saved as
a RTF (Rich Text Format) document, it should work with whatever word
processing program you use.
Though the instructions in that document are extremely long and
detailed, if you follow the instructions closely you should will
soon be installing and using custom modifications like a pro!
If after following the instructions in that document, you still have
trouble, feel free to write to me and I'll help you out.
